Can you explain the document to me before I sign it?

A notary cannot provide legal advice or explain the contents of a document unless they are also a licensed attorney.

If you have questions about your document, we recommend speaking with the person or organization that prepared it or consulting an attorney.

Do you offer mobile notary services?

Yes! Blue Seal Notary Co. provides mobile notary services, meaning we travel to your home, office, hospital, coffee shop, or another convenient location.
 

This makes notarization easier for busy professionals, seniors, and families.

How much does notarization cost?

Florida law sets the maximum fee for notarization at $10 per notarized signature.
 

For mobile services, an additional travel fee may apply depending on distance, time of day, and appointment location.

What do I need to bring to my appointment?

You will need:

✔ A valid government-issued photo ID (driver's license, passport, or state ID)
✔ The document(s) to be notarized
✔ All signers must be present
 

Do not sign the document beforehand unless instructed otherwise.

Can you notarize documents for someone in the hospital or nursing home?

Yes! We frequently provide notary services for clients in:

  • Assisted living facilities

  • Rehabilitation centers
     

We understand these situations can be urgent and do our best to accommodate same-day requests.

Yes! We understand that many clients need flexibility.
